A lithographic print of an abandoned and derelict gabled cottage with solarium during winter. The trees are bare and the gables are tinged with snow. Abandoned buildings always look more so in winter when there is no foliage to camoflauge its neglect.
This would be a great house to restore. Just look at the gingerbread trim, the solarium so in need of new glass, the cedar shake siding also in need of repair. The porch even has an old wicker settee waiting so you can enjoy the sunset.
The original painting was by Bruce Johnson. The picture is signed in the print and printed on the white border.
The print is 9 x 14 inches and the total including border is 12.25 x 17 inches.
This is one of a series of lithographs of derelict and abandoned buildings I am listing. All are the same size and obviously from the same print-maker. Other than the artists' names they prints are not identified.
If you want more than one lithograph email me and I'll adjust the shipping. Up to 3 for the one shipping and perhaps more.
