My ability to describe these etchings is greatly limited by my inability to decipher the signature and the other writing on the left side.
The etchings are 5.75 x 7.5 inches including the frames. The scenes are of medieval buildings that could be in any of these countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxumburg. Perhaps elsewhere. One is a large timbered building situated on a corner. One is a tower such as would be found at a city gate. The third is a view of roof tops including 3 spires. That leads me to believe the location is a city or sizable town. Perhaps Rothenburg, Germany or similar.
The etchings are all hand signed on the right in pencil by the same hand and could be M Reiter or anything with that shape. On the left side is what could be a place name or a numbering system. If it is in English it might say first of ?. If not English I tried Gvost and Girst but can't find pictures of Gvost and Girst is not a medieval village.
I do not think these are antique etchings. However they are etchings and not prints of etchings. They make a very nice grouping when displayed together and would add to a room filled with vintage/antique furniture and art. I will also sell them separately if asked before purchase.
