This hardback edition of Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak was published by Modern Library Books, a division of Random House. Date is uncertain but some time after 1958. Since the publisher's price is $3.95 I put this as not long after that date. The book is 559 pages including the poems of Doctor Zhivago. The book was translated from the Russian by Max Hayward and Manya Harari. The poems were translated by Bernard Guilbert Guerney.
The book has red cloth boards with gold and navy imprint of logo, title and author. The dust jacket is marked G-86 and is primarily white with a loose sketch of a horse drawn sleigh arriving at the summer house.
Condition is very good book, fair dust jacket. The jacket has many missing bits but is intact. The book is clean and tight except for a break between a fly page and title page.
