Raoul Wallenberg was a Swedish diplomat in Budapest during World War II who is credited with rescuing thousands of Hungarian Jews from certain death at the hands of Adolf Eichmann. He forged passports and like Schindler, had hundreds of "protected" Jews working for him. Despite Nazi attempts to stop him, he managed to evade them only to be taken prisoner by the Russian liberators.
